Measure an Existing Ring: If you have a ring that fits well, you can measure its internal diameter. Use a ruler to measure the distance across the inside of the ring in millimetres (see reference pic below). Make sure the middle of the ring is on the edge of the ruler, then use the chart below to match the diameter to your ring size. Half a millimetre can be a change in size so be careful and if in doubt email us a photo of the ring on the ruler and we can help.

Another method involves using string or paper to wrap around your preferred finger, then placing it against a ruler for measurement.
