How long will my piece take to make?
Each Sol and Mani piece is crafted by Grace in her Australian studio. Your order may take up to 4 weeks to make.
Am i charged customs / import fees?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
Price of customs and taxes will be added to your cart in checkout.
I ordered the wrong size, can i get it resized?
We want your jewellery to fit just right. If you need a different size, we're happy to offer an exchange for the perfect fit. Simply check our sizing chart to find the right size so you can start wearing your pieces as soon as possible.
This may take up to 4 weeks for a new ring to be made as well as a $50 resizing fee. You will also be liable for any shipping fees, customs and import fees.
